Came on a Saturday afternoon two weeks ago. Love the festive menu and new vegan items. Absolutely the best meal I have had recently in terms of quality, service and price. Good soup and crispy flatbread. The best vegan pizza in Brighton area. So much toppings and flavours! Amazing vegan pesto! Omg the vegan cheese cake is unreal! So creamy and fluffy!! Hard to tell it's vegan. One of the best I've had. The sweetness is just right as I don't like anything too sweet. Service was fast and everything came hot! The price is such a bargain for a quality meal like this! Really hard to find nowadays. I can't wait to come again! Please add more vegan options

Quick service (we came in at 12:30 on the bank holiday before it got a bit busier), lots of good options and the food was amazing! Fantastic pizza crust and good dips!! An update 9 months later: I still tell people this is the best and most authentic pizza I’ve had in the UK so far (as someone who has been to Italy multiple times in the last few years). I recommend the Calzone Vulcano, the sweetness of the honey just goes perfectly with the spicy pizza and perfectly melted cheese

We very much enjoyed our pizza! I had a vegetarian pizza with artichokes and it was excellent. Busy and bustling when we arrived on an Saturday evening, but the service was quick and the price is very reasonable. Pizza and the atmosphere felt authentic. My 6 year old daughter had bambino margherita and she finished it all, which is very rare!

Every time we go to Rustico Lewes, Anthony and his great team provided authentic food with neighborhood friendliness. The sense of welcome here is sadly unlike anything you get elsewhere. As a family or with friends we're always impressed, never made to wait, and always leave wanting to come back. The price point for the service and food quality is very fair. A fun and lively setting with all of the above, makes for a restaurant that over achieves.

What a lovely restaurant! Very warm welcome. Good selection for vegetarians. We shared some light bites followed by sharing a Pizza Pesto. The pizza was the most delicious we have eaten in a long while. All washed down with the house red which was very acceptable. We were visitors to Lewes - this restaurant will encourage us to return!
